We offer two forms of EMS training:

EMS Personal Training

EMS Premium Coaching (max. 6 people)
Train in a small, exclusive group with maximum attention from the coach. Within this format, we offer two dynamic classes:

EMS training is ideal for anyone who wants to get the most out of their training in minimal time.

During EMS training, you wear a cotton base layer with a complete antibacterial EMS suit containing 18 electro pads over it. These electro pads emit electrical impulses that cause the muscles to contract automatically. The same happens with the brain, which controls the muscles. For the body, therefore, this is nothing new.

At Krachtig Rotterdam, we work with the most innovative EMS system from AQ8. This system is wireless and operates via radio frequency. This ensures complete freedom of movement during training and reduces the risk of interference.
