At Krachtig Rotterdam, we believe in personal attention, quality, and results. That is why we train in small groups of a maximum of 8 to 12 participants, ensuring there is always room for guidance, motivation, and an approach that suits your level and goals.

Our group classes combine strength, conditioning, and fun in a motivating and accessible environment. Whether you are just starting out or are already experienced: everyone is welcome, and every training session can be adapted to your level.

We offer the following group classes:

Strength & Conditioning: Strength & Conditioning is a challenging combination of strength training and cardio. You build muscle strength while working on endurance, fat burning, and overall fitness. Every workout consists of varied circuits, functional exercises, and a strong dose of energy. Ideal for anyone who wants to become stronger and fitter.

Boxing Conditioning: Boxing Conditioning combines boxing, cardio, and core training in an energetic workout on the punching bag and in combinations on top of each other. You work on stamina, speed, coordination, and strength while burning a significant amount of calories. The focus is on movement, energy, and fun, perfect for both beginners and advanced participants.

Please note: we do not offer sparring sessions!

Fight & Force: Fight & Force is the ultimate combination of strength and conditioning. During this high-energy workout, you work with punching bags, functional strength training, and challenging conditioning circuits. Ideal for becoming fitter, stronger, and improving your conditioning, regardless of your level. Full Body Strength: During Full Body Strength, you train the entire body with effective strength training and functional exercises. You work on muscle building, posture, stability, and strength in a motivating setting. Suitable for every level thanks to adaptable exercises and personal guidance.

Cor’s Core Training: strengthening the core, stabilizing the lower back and pelvic system, improving posture, and strengthening the abdominal muscles.

During this class, Cor takes you on a 30-minute workout aimed at strengthening and reinforcing the core and everything surrounding it. In these 30 minutes, you will use your abs, back, glutes, and legs to achieve this result.
