Personal training is tailored to the individual. That is why you will always start with an intake interview, during which we immediately conduct a trial lesson to see how you move and what your current technique is like. Naturally, the trial lesson is also intended so that you can experience what it is like to train with us and to be trained by us. Based on this conversation and the trial lesson, we create a customized plan. We take everything into account in this plan: sport, nutrition, hobbies, and lifestyle. This allows us to align it well with the entire process.

At our facility, the use of machines is not applicable during training, as this would isolate muscle groups. We train functionally and use our entire body to achieve the best results.

Electro-muscular stimulation (EMS) training is a form of physical exercise that uses electrical impulses to induce muscle contractions.
