Our personal training sessions last 30 minutes, but the guidance doesn’t stop as soon as the training is over. Before and after the session, we focus on preparation, evaluation, and coaching, ensuring you can count on a total training experience of approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Because we work with periodization and a well-thought-out structure leading to results, we offer exclusively personal training packages. This allows us to consistently work on your progress and create a plan that aligns with your body, lifestyle, and goals.

You train with certified and experienced coaches who guide you on technique, motivation, and lifestyle. Thanks to our personalized app and open calendar, you can easily schedule or change your workouts, making it ideal to combine with a busy job or fluctuating schedule.
